Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) in a luxury aesthetic/med-spa setting: conduct in-person consultations, design customized treatment plans, educate clients on laser, body contouring, and injectables, and drive revenue through high-value treatment plan sales. Role requires 2+ years in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales with a track record in high-ticket consultative sales and relationship-building. Responsibilities include front desk duties, scheduling, and collaborating with clinicians and Location Director to ensure an exceptional patient experience; base pay $22/hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with full benefits and paid training. Weekend and evening availability required; opportunities for career growth into Lead PCC and Location Director roles.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
