Job Summary
Senior Transaction Advisory role at Lutz M&A focusing on financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers. Responsibilities include analyzing target company financials to identify risks and value drivers, preparing quality of earnings analyses and financial models, managing day-to-day engagement execution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated transaction advisory services. Requires 2–4 years of accounting/audit/TA experience and a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or pursuing CPA preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, required
- 2–4 years of accounting, audit, or transaction advisory experience
- CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification, preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Exposure to or interest in financial due diligence, M&A, or transaction advisory services
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
