Job Summary
Serve as advisor and lead planner for high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and ongoing wealth management. Develop customized financial plans covering retirement, cash flow, investment strategy, tax-efficient planning, estate considerations, charitable giving, and education funding. Conduct client meetings across the full relationship lifecycle from discovery to periodic reviews, guiding clients through key life events like retirement and business transitions. Coordinate with the firm's investment team, CPA partners, and outside professionals to deliver integrated planning experiences while deepening relationships and cultivating referrals. Assist operations and administrative teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of comprehensive financial planning or wealth management experience, preferably serving high-net-worth individuals and families
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
- Strong command of financial planning strategy across investments, retirement and cash flow, tax, estate and wealth transfer, and risk management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and relatable way
- Proven ability to build, deepen, and retain long-term client relationships and manage a book of business
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, including proficiency with financial planning and portfolio software
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and client service
Desired Qualifications
- CFP® designation preferred
