Work alongside the operations team to deliver excellent customer care services, providing information and direction to customers while complying with manager instructions. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout all shifts. You must hold a valid SIA license and have a checkable five-year work or study history. The role includes a six-week probation period, and the contract is flexible due to the nature of the events industry, with no guaranteed hours every month.
