Repair Tech (Guitar) to perform maintenance and repair on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. Focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, developing knowledge of guitars and Guitar Center products, and maintaining high craftsmanship in instrument service. Responsibilities include servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, understanding customer service principles, and contributing to store operations and leadership.
