As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, continually building the business through great customer experience and quality work. Focus on customer service, connecting with customers in a meaningful way, and developing knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership. Engage in training to interact with customers and ensure a positive experience, service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, and demonstrate a strong understanding of repairing guitars with foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center offerings.
