Job Summary
As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, while driving business through exceptional customer experience and quality workmanship. You will engage with customers to deliver knowledgeable, genuine service; develop skills in product knowledge, store operations, and leadership; interact with customers to ensure a positive experience; repair guitars with high craftsmanship; and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive Guitar Center team.
