Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service instruments with high-level craftsmanship, complete warranty repairs, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues while following through on identified opportunities without being asked. Gain product and sales knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques. Requires skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
