Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues directly. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and great customer service. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
