Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory gear. Complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in store operations and sales. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
