Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries with a high level of craftsmanship. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales potential.
