Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them independently. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques.
