Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and resolving issues with a genuine, knowledgeable approach. Apply initiative to identify opportunities and capitalize on sales potential through product knowledge and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned.
