Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work while ensuring a positive customer experience through meaningful interaction. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to support business growth through quality service and customer satisfaction. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
