Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory with a high level of craftsmanship. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
