Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through quality work and customer service. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership. Train learners effectively to retain information and techniques.
