Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
