Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with approachability and genuine knowledge. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
