Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine and knowledgeable approach. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities or resolve issues without being requested. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through high-quality craftsmanship and inclusive customer service.
