Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty repairs, while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Provide high-level craftsmanship on guitar repairs and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as needed. Complete work through GC certification program to gain product and sales understanding. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
