Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service requests and customer service issues as needed. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, and may be assigned additional duties.
