Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and customer engagement. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership while following through on work activities without being requested. Gain product understanding through GC certification and effectively train learners on techniques and information.
