Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Build business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship while assisting in specific store inventory maintenance. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle customer service issues as needed. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable the joy of creating music. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, and may be assigned additional duties to further increase business.
