Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities or issues. Additional duties as assigned include assisting in inventory maintenance and gaining product knowledge through the GC certification program. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive environment.
