Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Build business through quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center's inventory. You will work within a team dedicated to nurturing lifelong musicians and enabling everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
