Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
