Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Build business through quality work and customer engagement. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred.
