Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative, strong selling skills, and the ability to train learners effectively.
