Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory while building business through quality work and great customer service. Complete work through GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve issues proactively. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
