Job Summary
Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repair on customer-owned instruments and assists in maintenance of store inventory, with emphasis on delivering a high-quality customer experience and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, servicing customer-owned instruments, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repair work, and contributing to store operations and sales through product knowledge and adherence to GC certification and training programs.
