Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Assist in building business through quality work and customer engagement while developing knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive environment.
