Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and excellent craftsmanship. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them independently. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales and leadership.
