Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing an excellent customer connection. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative, customer focus, and the ability to sell through GC certification. You will also effectively train learners and communicate techniques for retention. As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you contribute to building business through quality work and great customer experiences within Guitar Center's inclusive environment.
