Luthier - Guitar Center

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling customer service issues as needed. Identify opportunities to resolve operational challenges and capitalize on sales opportunities through product knowledge and initiative. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music by nurturing lifelong talent in an inclusive environment.
