Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Execute warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues. Complete guitar repair tasks with a high level of craftsmanship. Additional duties as assigned.
