Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build business through quality work and great customer experience. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
