Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities for business growth. Gain foundational product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. Train learners effectively to ensure they retain product and technical information.
