Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Interact directly with customers to build relationships and support their musical journey. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music.
