Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep to drive business through quality craftsmanship. Service guitar repairs with high attention to detail, complete warranty work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve operational issues.
