Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Build business through quality work and excellent customer service while handling additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
