Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience. Interact with customers to build trust and capitalize on opportunities to sell products through GC certification. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge preferred. You will work within an inclusive environment focused on nurturing lifelong musicians and enabling everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
