Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle customer service issues as needed. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music.
