Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while providing an excellent experience. Assist in inventory maintenance to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned.
