Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers to provide an excellent service experience and capitalize on opportunities through initiative. Additional duties as assigned.
