Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service guitar instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities through sales techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through exceptional service and quality workmanship.
