Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Execute additional duties as assigned to capitalize on opportunities and resolve operational challenges. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
