Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Execute warranty repair work while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as they arise. Complete additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
