Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact directly with customers, providing an excellent experience while following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities. Additional duties as assigned include developing knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
