Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory while completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service requests with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and execute additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through exceptional service and quality workmanship.
