Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Identify opportunities and issues to capitalize on or resolve them, while developing knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership. Gain certification through the GC program to understand sales techniques and effectively train learners on techniques and information.
